How to order on the site
You may order items directly from our online boutique and have them delivered to the address of your choice.
To browse our online catalogue, please use the navigation menu and select a product category. If you are looking for a specific item, we invite you to use the search bar located at the top of your screen or the filters available on our category pages.
From the homepage or any category page accessible through the menu, you may click on the item of your choice to access its dedicated product page.
On the product page, please select your preferred colour and size. If you do not know your J.M. Weston size, a size guide is available to help you determine the correct fit.
Add the product to your Shopping Bag by clicking the “Add to Bag” button.
Once you have finished shopping, click on the Shopping Bag icon located at the top right corner of your screen, then click on “Checkout”.
Enter your delivery information.
Then select your preferred shipping method and payment method.
Please verify that all information entered is correct, then click on “Confirm Payment”.
If you pay by credit card, an additional authentication step may be required to authorise the payment before completing your purchase. In such cases, you may need to enter a code received by SMS or email, or authenticate through your mobile banking application.
Once your payment has been confirmed, an order confirmation page will appear on your screen and you will receive a confirmation email within the next few minutes containing all details related to your order. You will receive another email once your order has been shipped.
