- Gender promotion gap
- Percentage of female employees who benefited from a pay rise after returning from maternity leave
- Number of employees of the under-represented sex among the 10 highest earners

For 2022, J.M. Weston obtained a score of 88 /100 points. (The minimum required score is 75/100). Our index is in line with the 2021 index.
Reducing differences between Men and Women requires objectiveness and vigilance and means giving all employees the same opportunities to succeed.
Over the last 4 years, the company has been particularly vigilant regarding socio-economic groups characterised by the greatest pay gaps (Mostly Executive).
The signing of an agreement with the social partners at the end of 2022 leads the company to move forward on other areas such as internal promotion, the balance between professional and personal life, working conditions.
