Reducing differences between Men and Women requires objectiveness and vigilance and means giving all employees the same opportunities to succeed.
Over the last 3 years, the company has been particularly vigilant regarding socio-economic groups characterised by the greatest pay gaps (Employee and Executive).
The score obtained by the company is also the fruit of non-discriminatory principles when hiring or in case of internal mobility, the consideration of existing differences and objective measures taken to reduce these differences.
This momentum shows J.M. Weston’s desire to continue its efforts.
