J.M. Weston shares its 2024 gender equality index.
This index is a score out of 100, based on 5 indicators:
- Gender pay gap
- Gender pay rise gap
- Gender promotion gap
- Percentage of female employees who benefited from a pay rise after returning from maternity leave
- Number of employees of the under-represented sex among the 10 highest earners

For 2024, J.M. Weston obtained a score of 79 /100 points. (The minimum required score is 75/100).
