Gender equality index
This index is a score out of 100, based on 5 indicators:
- Gender pay gap
- Gender pay rise gap
- Gender promotion gap
- Percentage of female employees who benefited from a pay rise after returning from maternity leave
- Number of employees of the under-represented sex among the 10 highest earners
For 2023, J.M. Weston obtained a score of 88 /100 points. (The minimum required score is 75/100). Our index is identical to that of 2022.
Reducing differences between Men and Women requires objectiveness and vigilance and means giving all employees the same opportunities to succeed.
The company remains active in terms of mobility and the development of versatility and continues its efforts in terms of the transmission and preservation of know-how.
The Gender Equality agreement signed at the end of 2022 made it possible to carry out actions on internal promotion, the connection between professional and personal life and the quality of life at work.
