For Epiphany 2025, two emblematic figures of French craftsmanship collaborate, brought together by their shared love of precision and dedication to excellence.
One is Sébastien Gaudard, a traditional Lorraine pastry chef embodying a familial know-how passed down from father to son since 1955. Driven by a passion to revive forgotten flavors, he continuously reinterprets the most beautiful pages of the pastry heritage, offering authentic and generous tastes. Season after season, inspired by memories and rediscoveries, he devotes himself to recreating timeless pastries, delighting lovers of nostalgic sweets.
The other is J.M. Weston, an unrivaled name in luxury footwear for men and women. The house has been showcasing craftsmanship since 1891. Its traditional expertise, rooted in the famous "Goodyear welt" construction, is carried on by over 140 artisans in the J.M. Weston workshop in Limoges.
Together, they have created an exclusive, timeless, and elegant Galette des Rois, reflecting the mastery of their crafts.
