Returns, Refunds And Exchanges
1- RETURN POLICY
Any item ordered on the J.M. Weston Website may be returned in accordance with the applicable Return Policy. Return fees may vary depending on the delivery country and the conditions applicable to the order. A return label will be made available to the Customer via the return platform or upon request through customer service.
You have a withdrawal period of 14 days following receipt of your order to obtain your prepaid return label. You then have an additional 14 days to return the products to us.
Conditions of return
Returned products must:
- Be in their original condition
- Have their original labels
- Be accompanied by the original packaging and delivery note
Any returned product that is incomplete, damaged, worn or soiled will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
How do I return an item?
- Log in to your customer account and access the “My Orders” section. Select the relevant order and click on “Request a Return”.

The Customer must follow the indicated steps in order to register the return request and obtain the necessary return documents or labels where applicable.

Any applicable return fees are indicated to the Customer when the return request is made and deducted from the refunded amount.
For certain international destinations, customs duties, taxes or import fees paid at the time of order or delivery may not be refundable in accordance with applicable local regulations.
2- EXCHANGE POLICY
You can exchange products ordered on the website in our stores, upon presentation of the invoice. In our stores you can try on different sizes of styles ordered online, excluding our “Outlet” items.
We recommend that you contact your nearest store to check availability of the sizes you require before you travel.
Our shops do not provide refunds for products purchased on the website.
Conditions of exchange
For exchange, products must:
